Payment & Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all orders. All orders are sent out by 2nd class post unless chosen otherwise on the checkout page. We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland).

In normal circumstances, pictures are sent out within seven working days of date of order; however, we hope that you appreciate that due to the handmade nature of our personalised pictures, this may sometimes be longer - especially during busy times of the year. We always make the effort to inform you if this is the case.

Our pictures are carefully packaged within layers of durable air wrap and other materials to keep the pictures safe and sound during transit. In the unfortunate event that your picture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to rectify the situation.
